To say my life is crazy busy is a massive understatement, especially these days with kids, schoolwork, my work, and juggling household tasks. Keeping up, let alone getting ahead, sometimes seems impossible. I have a phone, on which I run through my schedule, a tablet to keep the kids entertained, and my laptop to pull out when I have a spare moment to work. My purse is the size of a small suitcase and hauling it around is a real pain in my…shoulder.
Travelling with the kids doesn’t mean I go light: go big or go home, right? But this time, I’m walking straighter and sporting a human-sized handbag, because HP has come to my rescue. Their new versatile HP Pavilion x2 offers four different modes in one. That means I get notebook, tablet, stand, and tent modes with a new hinge design so I only bring one thing and have the versatility of everything I need. And all of those functions are available in this pretty silver package, available at local retailers for $519.99.
Talk about downsizing–this baby does the job of several devices, meaning my life just got much, much simpler.
HP’s one-size-fits-all solution made a huge difference in our holiday, eliminating multiple gadgets and a bunch of cords all twisted together. This time, packing was a snap because everything I needed was here: all my work, the kids’ movies and games, and a cool stand so no arguing over who got to hold the tablet.
This was one of my favourite features because I didn’t have to get creative, trying to prop up a tablet for the kids on dressers so they could watch shows. I just set up the stand and they could both see equally. When does equally ever happen?!
When we left the hotel, I popped the tablet into my bag and had my work with me, making the day not just enjoyable, but functional, because I could check emails and work during downtimes (except for ‘character’ lunches where I NEEDED photos!)
I won’t miss the days when I frantically packed phones, tablets, and notebooks, hunting down the cords specific to each item. Thanks to HP, I have it all at my fingertips in a purse that feels as light as a feather.
